Go Zen is an animated series of 7 modules that include hundreds of short animations on a wide variety of topics from anxiety to procrastination to resilience. Go Zen was created to help children overcome anxiety and learn skills that help them become resilient and successful. Go Zen allows students and parents to focus on certain mental health topics of interest and explore them in-depth over a period of time. Parents love the open and go nature of the program and the concepts that are presented in easy to understand animations. Some parents feel that the one year subscription price is a bit pricey.
