We're more rigorous then matchmakers in connecting kids with the perfect tutors. We only accept .01% of tutors who apply. In the rare case, it’s not a fit you can always try someone new!

In addition to your tutor, we assign you to a learning concierge to help design your tutoring program, support communication between you and your child’s tutors and recommend program adjustments as they evolve.

Choose the Plan That Works Best for You
Some of our master tutors may have higher rates. Please let us know if you’d like to consider all tutors, or only ones within the rates. All plans include a dedicated learning concierge, recommended curriculum plan, membership in our online parent community and access to all content.
$45/hour
For families who use four hours or more of tutoring a week. This includes a dedicated learning concierge, family/teacher channel, weekly progress reports, membership in our online community and an optional monthly call with the Modulo team.
$55/hr
For families who use two or more hours of tutoring a week. This plan includes a dedicated learning concierge, full access to all our content, weekly progress reports, a quarterly meeting with the Modulo team, and participation in our online parent community.
$60/hr
For families who use one hour of tutoring a week, this plan includes custom curriculum recommendations, membership in our online parent community, weekly progress reports, a dedicated learning concierge, and optional bi-annual check-ins with the Modulo teams.
Meet our Founder, Manisha Rose Snoyer
Over the last 20 years, Manisha Snoyer has taught more than 2000 children across three countries, encompassing a range of socio-economic backgrounds, ranging from NYC public schools to Paris and the Palestinian territories. Since 2015, Manisha has assisted hundreds of parents in starting microschools, well before it became a widely recognized concept. In 2019, she developed a virtual learning program to support families during the pandemic, launched a free online math tutoring service (masteryhour.org), and co-created schoolclosures.org—a hotline developed in collaboration with Twilio and 80 other partners, including Khan Academy and Revolution Foods, helping over 100,000 families affected by school closures.
Her extensive experience in education and homeschooling has led her to believe that while there is no perfect education for every child, families possess an extraordinary amount of wisdom to create the ideal education for their individual child.
